Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Mavrek Development for a new proposed mixed-use/residential development at 925 W. Belmont in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood near the CTA Belmont station.
The new 10-story, 173,000 gsf building will include 200 apartments featuring a mix of studio, convertible, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The ground floor features 9,655 sf of retail space, 200-stall bike room, and 33 parking spaces in an unenclosed surface parking lot partially underneath the building. Residents can access a north-facing roof deck on the second floor via a lounge and test kitchen amenity space. The top floor will include additional outdoor amenity space, entertainment and resident lounge space, a fitness center, a business center, and a dog run.
