Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Mavrek Development on a proposed mixed-use residential tower at 1016 W. Jackson Boulevard in Chicago’s West Loop. The development will replace an existing five-story office building, a two-story commercial structure, and a surface parking lot with a 25-story, 275-foot-tall tower featuring 380 residential units, including 76 affordable residences.
The project will also provide 163 parking spaces, secure bicycle storage, and approximately 23,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, helping activate the streetscape while expanding housing opportunities in one of Chicago’s fastest-growing neighborhoods.
