Eckenhoff Saunders teamed with Rush to develop a new 6,000 sf outpatient center in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Opening in May 2023, the new facility offers patients spacious exam rooms, access to primary care physicians — internal medicine and family practice — and specialists in obstetrics and gynecology. Additional specialty care, such as dermatology, is planned in the coming months. The suite contains a combination of waiting, reception, exam rooms, dermatology exam and procedure rooms, restrooms, lab, ultrasound, and staff support areas.
