Maple Leaf Crossing

Eckenhoff Saunders was retained to develop a Master Plan for Maple Leaf Crossing, located in downtown Munster, Indiana. Our firm developed approximately 150,000 GSF of professional and medical office space.
The development intends to create a sense of place and enclosure with an identity that takes its cues from rehabilitated factories and warehouses. Through the use of a palette of brick, steel, and corrugated metals, each building establishes a unique identity.
The largest office building features modular window segments and unitized thin wall panels. Its proximity to the Canadian National Rail Line required its design to consider acoustic and safety features.
