Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Mavrek Development on a proposed mixed-use residential development at 919 West Belmont Avenue in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, just steps from the CTA Belmont station. The new five-story, 45,000-sf building will replace an existing commercial property with a thoughtfully designed, transit-oriented development that enhances one of Chicago’s most vibrant mixed-use corridors.
The project will feature approximately 5,800 sf of ground-floor retail space, seven parking spaces, and 46 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Select residences will include private balconies, while residents will have access to an on-site fitness room and other modern amenities designed to support urban living.
The brick-clad building draws inspiration from the character and scale of the surrounding neighborhood, balancing contemporary residential design with the architectural context of Belmont Avenue.
