Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Mavrek Development for a new proposed mixed-use/residential development at 1016 West Jackson Blvd., in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The new tower would replace an existing five-story office building, a two-story commercial structure, and a large parking lot. The 25-story tower will rise 275 feet and will feature 380 residential units (76 affordable), 163 parking stalls, and a bike room. The ground floor will feature 23,000 sf of retail space.
