Eckenhoff Saunders collaborated with RUSH University Medical Center to transform and expand a former office building into a cutting-edge cancer care facility in Lisle. Key features of the the new facility include:
- Specialized Treatment Areas: Dedicated spaces for radiation oncology, medical oncology, infusion clinic, pharmacy, and lab services.
- Comprehensive Imaging Center: Equipped with MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, X-ray, and mammography capabilities.
- LINAC Vault Addition: A 2,300-sf, one-story addition housing advanced radiation therapy technology.
- Holistic Therapy Spaces: Designed for patient wellness, including areas for meditation, massage, and group exercise.
- Enhanced Façade: Major upgrades incorporate ACM metal panels and stained granite to align with RUSH’s branding.
This transformative project redefines cancer care, delivering innovative treatment options in a modern, patient-centered environment.
