2328 South Michigan Avenue

Chicago, Illinois (Motor Row)

2328 S. Michigan Avenue is a proposed new 256-unit apartment complex in Chicago’s Historic Motor Row District. The project is a collaboration between Fern Hill, Decennial Group, and Rebel Hospitality, with Eckenhoff Saunders as the lead architect.

The complex will consist of a seven-story building facing South Michigan Avenue with 90 apartments, and an 18-story, 166-unit building behind it. Out of the 256 total units, 64 will be designated as affordable housing. Tenants will have access to various amenity spaces, including an outdoor deck. The complex will also have ten vehicle parking spaces, 3,000 square feet of retail space, and bike storage on the ground floor.
