Julep West Loop Celebrates Groundbreaking

Construction is underway on Julep West Loop, a mixed-use residential development designed by Eckenhoff Saunders for Mavrek Development at 1016 W. Jackson Boulevard.

The 25-story tower will bring 380 apartments, including 76 affordable residences, to Chicago’s West Loop. An Aldi grocery store will anchor the ground-floor retail space, adding a new neighborhood amenity alongside the project’s housing and resident amenities.
