Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Mavrek Development on a new mixed-use/residential development in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The 25-story tower will rise 275 feet and will feature 380 residential units (76 affordable), 163 parking stalls, and a bike room. The ground floor will feature 23,000 sf of retail space.
