203 N LaSalle Wins TOBY Awards
203 North LaSalle is the recipient of two TOBY awards from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA) for their regional and local renovated building categories. The TOBY Awards Program was developed by BOMA International in 1985 to honor and recognize quality in office building operations and award excellence in office building management. It is considered the most prestigious and highly celebrated awards of their kind in commercial real estate.
Eckenhoff Saunders was the architect of record and assisted in the design of the ground floor lobby and atrium renovation, the addition of a Clark Street entrance canopy, and a new Clark Street entrance. The firm also designed the second-floor tenant amenity spaces, including a conference center, tenant lounge, fitness center, and public toilets.
The firm’s interiors department worked with the client to select and purchase new furniture and equipment for all of the remodeled spaces and assisted in the production of marketing materials for both the first and second floor renovated spaces. Eckenhoff Saunders partnered with Sumitomo Corporation of Americas on the project and the contractor, Power Construction. M&J Wilkow Properties, LLC, manages the building.
