Hyatt House Opens in West Loop

Eckenhoff Saunders served as architect of record and lead interior designer for the recently completed Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market. Conceived as a hospitality-retail mixed-use development, the new 14-story, 167,000-square-foot Hyatt House provides both traditional and extended-stay rooms with efficiency kitchens. Among the amenities are a fitness center, swimming pool, and exterior rooftop deck with views of Chicago’s skyline. Eckenhoff Saunders teamed with Sterling Bay, Wheelock Street Capital, Hyatt, and Skender to finalize the project. Visit our project page to learn more.
