UB Greensfelder is a full-service law firm with offices in Chicago and nationwide. After undergoing a recent merger, the UB Greensfelder team contacted Eckenhoff Saunders to help renovate their existing full-floor suite at 200 W Madison. A preliminary project visioning session with key decision makers helped determine functional and cultural goals for the new office while honing in on the aesthetic direction for the interior design.
While utilizing existing conditions in some areas, the office renovation brings warm sophistication with a material palette that layers in textures and neutral colors. A new centralized café welcomes collaboration with open meeting areas and touchdown spaces set in an inviting destination. With the help of all project partners and a fast-paced construction schedule, the final result is a functionally driven office space that balances aesthetics and professionalism.
