Eckenhoff Saunders partnered with The Telos Group LLC, the property broker for 203 North LaSalle, and its building owner to deliver a turnkey office build-out for TCS Education System. TCS is a nonprofit system of colleges advancing student success and community impact. The project goal was to create a new office space that reflects their culture while weaving together the brand identities of the many colleges that utilize their services.
The new office features a bright, distinctive color palette, open ceilings, and accessible, collaborative spaces giving it an almost residential-like feel. Eckenhoff Saunders completed the project a month before schedule while staying under the initial turnaround project budget.
