Joliet Junior College – Respiratory Therapy Program

Joliet, Illinois
7,000 sf

Joliet Junior College retained Eckenhoff Saunders to improve and expand its respiratory therapy program, creating an advanced learning environment where students can prepare for real-world healthcare scenarios.

The approximately 7,000 sf project transformed shell space within the college’s existing health services building into a simulated training lab with an associated reception area, offices, classrooms, a multipurpose room, and a laboratory classroom. The project also included a new reception area for the U Building and a security desk within the building’s atrium.
