Founded in 1920, Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is a full-service law firm with offices in Chicago and throughout the U.S. Eckenhoff Saunders worked with the Hahn Loeser & Parks team to expand their original build-out to an entire floor suite. While the new work was based on established finish standards, we needed to work closely with their team to develop a new secondary café space and a new elevator lobby design. The elevator lobby created a great branding opportunity and interior design to set the stage for the remainder of the suite.
During construction, we were meticulous in our planning and execution, working very closely with Hahn Loeser & Parks team and the general contractor to ensure minimal disruptions to the portions of the suite that remained in operation throughout the entire duration of construction.
