Duly Health and Care – Downers Grove

Eckenhoff Saunders teamed with Duly Health and Care to develop a new Medical Office Building located at 5207 Main Street in Downers Grove, Illinois. The project involved the renovation and transformation of a run-down, partially vacant building into a welcoming and visually dynamic new facility in the heart of downtown Downers Grove.
Internal Medicine covers a large swath of space in the new facility, including an anticoagulation clinic and gastroenterology. The new Medical Office Building also features services dedicated to pediatrics, including lactation consulting. The 16,500 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility also offers behavioral, mental health, and laboratory services.
