Eckenhoff Saunders developed a conceptual master plan for the redevelopment of the Bank of America Plaza campus in downtown Dallas, the city’s tallest building. The proposal transforms the site into a vibrant mixed-use destination that enhances the experience for office tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community.
The plan introduces zero-energy parking garages to accommodate an additional 1,000 vehicles while freeing space for expansive parks, landscaped gathering areas, and water features. A reimagined lobby and underground retail concourse create a new sunken plaza that strengthens pedestrian connections across the campus and activates the public realm.
The master plan also anticipates future growth through the integration of a multi-story hotel and an observatory, positioning the campus as both a premier workplace and a destination within the Dallas skyline.
