The building offers its residents luxury living in central Clarendon Hills with easy pedestrian access to nearby shops and restaurants. Eckenhoff Saunders provided schematic design and design development services for this project and assisted the Owner in successfully appealing to the Clarendon Hills Zoning Board to obtain a Planned Unit Development.
