400 Noble

Chicago, Illinois (Fulton Market)

Shapack Partners, a prominent Chicago-based real estate development firm, retained Eckenhoff Saunders to redevelop 400 Noble near Fulton Market. 400 Noble is an approximately 1.5-acre site with an existing warehouse loft building of about 60,000 sf (with about 10,000 sf of Mezzanine) that Eckenhoff Saunders redeveloped into creative office space and event venue. The property features 20-foot ceilings and 48 parking spaces and is conveniently located one block from Fulton Market.

Eckenhoff Saunders worked closely with Shapack to deliver turnkey improvements through a series of visioning sessions to fit the building’s narrative within Fulton Market. The team also provided interior design and finish specifications for all common spaces and exterior improvements, including canopies, new window/door openings, and parking lot planning.
