Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Rebel Hospitality to develop a new 176 key hotel in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood located at 3440 N. Broadway near the now-closed Treasure Island Supermarket. The development will complement sidewalk activity with a beautifully landscaped dining terrace adjacent to the street and significant new retail space. Other features will include a 60-car parking structure, an upper event terrace, and a fitness center.
This is another exciting opportunity for Eckenhoff Saunders to team up with Rebel Hospitality. Together, the teams completed the Eurostars Magnificent Mile (former Dana Hotel) in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
