When new ownership acquired the property in 2019, Eckenhoff Saunders was invited to re-imagine an iconic building and established office destination. Our team came on board as a true partner in helping to outline a new vision for both the interior spaces and the exterior common areas.
Eckenhoff Saunders worked closely with ownership, building management, and the broker team to develop an amenity program and updated interior design concept. Our team provided all architectural and interior design services and furniture specifications, artwork, and signage coordination.
Leveraging the rich iconography and natural beauty of the southwest and integrating contemporary design and branding, Eckenhoff Saunders helped develop a new office space destination in downtown Phoenix.
