345 N Morgan – Brick in Architecture Award Recipient

The 2023 Brick in Architecture Awards recently announced 345 North Morgan in Chicago’s Fulton Market placed Best In Class in the Thin Brick category and won Bronze in the Commercial category. 345 N Morgan is a new 11-story, 230,000 sf Class A commercial office building that was nearly 90% leased at its completion. Eckenhoff Saunders teamed up with developer Sterling Bay as lead architect and interior designer. The winners were also featured in Architectural Record.
