Riverside Healthcare Opens New Adult Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit
Riverside Healthcare recently opened its newly renovated Adult Behavioral Health Inpatient Unit—the first completed phase of a nearly $30 million investment in modernizing and expanding its inpatient behavioral health facilities.
Eckenhoff Saunders is proud to serve as lead architect for the project. The new unit was thoughtfully designed to support safety, dignity and healing, with private patient rooms, calming environments and lighting that reflects natural daylight cycles.
Additional phases of the project will continue through 2027 and include renovations to Riverside’s pediatric and geriatric behavioral health spaces.
