City Council approves mixed-use development at 450 N. Morgan

Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with Shapack Partners and KMW Communities on a newly approved mixed-use development at 450 N Morgan. Recently granted a zoning change by the Chicago City Council, the seven-story building, designed by Eckenhoff Saunders, will rise approximately 79 feet. The project includes 79 residential units, ground-floor retail, 20 parking spaces, and accommodations for 40 bicycles.
