Plan Commission Approves 2328 S. Michigan

The Chicago Plan Commission recently approved the development of 2328 S. Michigan, a new commercial mixed-use/256-unit apartment complex in Chicago’s Historic Motor Row District by Fern Hill, Decennial Group, and Rebel Hospitality. Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with the development team as lead architect and planner. The new complex consists of a seven-story building facing South Michigan Avenue that would hold 98 apartments and an 18-story, 158-unit building behind it.
