2328 S. Michigan

2328 S. Michigan is a new proposed 256-unit apartment complex in Chicago’s Historic Motor Row District by Fern Hill, Decennial Group, and Rebel Hospitality. Eckenhoff Saunders is partnering with the development team as lead architect as the project seeks City Council approval. The new complex consists of a seven-story building facing South Michigan Avenue that would hold 98 apartments and an 18-story, 158-unit building behind it.
