Urbanize recently profiled a new 11-story mixed-use residential building designed by Eckenhoff Saunders that is located at 925 West Belmont Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. The new development will feature 210 residential units, 36 parking stalls, 1 loading dock, and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space.
