345 N Morgan – AIA Chicago Lerch Bates People’s Choice Award Finalist

345 N Morgan, a new 11-story, 230,000 sf commercial office building in Fulton Market, is a finalist for AIA Chicago’s Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards. Winners selected by the public in open voting will be announced on September 28 at Designight 2023, AIA Chicago’s signature award program, at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Millennium Park. The public can vote for their favorite architectural designs in nine categories by registering at AIA Chicago. Voting ends at 5:00pm on September 18. Learn more about 345 N Morgan on our project page.
