Howard Brown Health

Eckenhoff Saunders is teaming up with Howard Brown Health (HBH) to develop a new healthcare clinic in East Lake View. HBH is a not-for-profit organization serving the healthcare needs of the LGBTQ community in Chicago. After acquiring a 20,000 sf site on North Halsted Street, HBH set about programming a flagship center, consolidating family care, dental services, behavioral health, and financial support services for the community at large. The new 70,000 sf, 5-level structure will include street-level retail, pharmacy, lab, and generous community gathering space. It will also provide underground parking and expansive rooftop terraces for events and functions.
