Elim serves individuals with disabilities. It runs a Christian school for children, an adult employment program, and a residential program for approximately 50 children. Although the size of its client population hasn’t changed dramatically over the years, the scope of its programs have. ESA’s masterplan for the 30-acre site recommended a new facility for the adult services programs and remodeling the school to accommodate a diversification of programs and expansion of mission.
The masterplan’s design inspiration is the concept of the oasis; the site’s natural beauty was preserved and a nature sanctuary was created in the center of the campus.
ESA also recently completed Elim’s new autism center.
