Located across the street from ESA’s first manufacturing facility for Courtaulds Packaging and situated in a 30-acre business park masterplanned by the firm, this 95,000 sf manufacturing plant serves as the plastic tubing company’s regional headquarters. Although the two facilities have distinctive designs, ESA used the company’s corporate colors on both facades. Thatcher Tubes extrudes and prints plastic tubes for the cosmetics, medical, and construction industries. The facility has 13,000 sf of office and locker room space, 58,000 sf for extrusion molding and printing, and 24,000 sf of warehouse space.
