ESA worked as the design partner and Architect of Record on a design/build team to complete a complete gut renovation for DMG’s corporate headquarters. The 40,000 sf, two-story build-out extends the brand identity that ESA developed for the healthcare group’s medical facilities to its administrative headquarters. The plan maximizes daylight and breaks up long corridors with aesthetic visual treatments. In the planning, emphasis was placed on creating both formal and informal meeting and work spaces. A divisible break room opens up into a board room.
