33,000 sf administrative headquarters and conference facility for professional association
Oak Brook Terrace, Illinois
ESA was retained to design a facility to help the association strengthen its relationship with its members. The new two-story, 33,000 sf building not only provides needed facilities for expanded membership benefits, but the building’s design also reinforces the association’s identity through its clear and identifiable image. Inspiration for the dramatic design came from the dynamics of the automobile. Glass, aluminum, granite, maple, and glass block create forms that are both strong and elegant.
